Michael is the founder, CEO, and lead developer of Larsen Code Labs, Inc. He designs, builds, and ships every product personally — from architecture and detector logic to interface design and release engineering.
The studio is deliberately small: a single founder-led team means fewer handoffs, faster iteration, and a product shaped by direct experience with the problem it solves.
Micro-SaaS, on purpose.
We use "micro-SaaS" to mean something specific: small in team size, narrow in product scope, and built to be sustainable without outside pressure to grow faster than the product is ready for.
Corporate structure
Larsen Code Labs, Inc. is organized as a C Corporation under the laws of the State of Arizona, with formal governance documents, bylaws, and equity structure in place.
How we work
Fully remote by design. We ship one product at a time, in a polishing phase before public release rather than a rushed beta.
