We collect a 50% deposit against a signed Statement of Work before a project starts. Half your commission is released against that deposit, and the remaining half once the project is completed and the final invoice is collected. Both payments go out on our standard Net 30 terms — and we work to get partners paid well inside that window rather than at the edge of it. If a project is cancelled after the deposit, you keep the first half; the second half follows the work that actually ships.
Most SaaS affiliate programs cap your commission at the first sale or 12 months. Ours doesn't. If a client you introduced comes back in two years for a redesign or a new automation build, you're still the referring partner — and you're still owed 25%.
White-label is optional — and it's yours to choose per project.
If you already have client relationships and don't want another vendor's name on the invoice, we disappear. You quote, you invoice, you're the only name your client ever hears — we're the engineering team working under NDA behind your brand.

How much commission do I actually earn?
25% of the total contract value on every project you refer or resell — web design, custom software, or AI automation. There's no cap on the number of referrals or your total earnings.
Do I get paid again if a client comes back for more work?
Yes. If a client you introduced returns later for a redesign, a new automation build, or a maintenance retainer, you're still credited as the referring partner and paid 25% on that too — for as long as they stay a client. Most affiliate programs cap this at 12 months. Ours doesn't.
When do I actually get paid?
In two halves. We require a 50% deposit against a signed Statement of Work before any project starts — half your commission is released against that deposit, so you're not waiting on a build that runs for months. The other half is paid once the project is completed and the final invoice is collected. Your 25% is calculated on the full signed contract value either way.
Both payments are issued on our standard Net 30 terms. In practice we aim to pay partners well ahead of that — the 30 days is the outside edge, not the target.
What counts as "a sale"?
Any paid engagement — a website, a custom software build, or an AI automation project — that closes with a client you introduced to us, or a client you sold and we delivered as a reseller.
What's the difference between an Affiliate and a Reseller/Partner?
Affiliate: you introduce a lead, we run the sales call and delivery, and the client knows they hired Larsen Code Labs. Reseller/Partner: you own the client relationship end-to-end — you quote, invoice, and deliver under your own brand — while we build behind the scenes. Same 25% commission either way.
How does white-label work, exactly?
We build under NDA as your engineering back-end. No Larsen Code Labs branding, emails, invoices, or code comments reach your client. You stay the single point of contact; we stay invisible. It's optional and can be chosen per project.
Is there a cost to join?
No. It's free to apply, there's no minimum referral quota, and no software to buy.
Do I need to be a designer, developer, or agency?
No. Some of our best-fit partners are consultants, IT admins, marketers, real estate and insurance professionals, and past clients — anyone whose network runs into "our website's a mess" or "we need this process automated."
How do you track who referred a client?
Two ways. Clicks on your partner or affiliate link are credited to you for 60 days — if the business signs a Statement of Work inside that window, the commission is yours. Approved partners get their link and tracking details when we follow up.
Or just tell us. Loop us in on the introduction, or name the client in your application, and we log it against that client's file before any Statement of Work is signed — no clock on a warm introduction. Reseller/partner deals are tracked by the account you own and invoice.
Is there a minimum payout or expiration on commissions?
No minimum payout, and no expiration on the commission itself. Once a client is credited to you, you're owed 25% of anything we bill them, for as long as they stay a client. The only clock anywhere in this program is the 60-day referral window on link clicks.
